VERSA worked with a husband & wife start-up to determine the feasibility of a 8000 sq ft Detroit tenant space for their Restaurant. We were responsible for Design, Planning, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
The Rind is a farm-to-table restaurant and wine bar. What started as a consultation turned into an exciting design build. VERSA worked closely with the owner to make this fun and welcoming space.

Coming to Sakura Novi soon, Dancing Pine is a Korean barbeque experience. The unique design captures both the vibrant colors and gorgeous textures found in nature. VERSA provided a full design package for the Entry, Bar, Main Dining Space, a VIP area and restrooms.
The Kempinski Hotel is designed for absolute luxury and comfort. Our inspiration was historic Italian villas mixed with contemporary comforts. The scope encompassed design for lobby, ballroom, business center, six guest room types, spa, gym, & pool area.

The Upright is an underground speakeasy-style bar added beneath Oak and Reel. We were responsible for Design, Planning, and Design Implementation.

The Kempinski Hotel is a five star hotel with amenities for guests and locals alike. The scope encompassed full design for five restaurants that included a French bistro, Pan-Asian dining, Moroccan rooftop lounge, Whiskey/Cigar lounge, and All Day Dining Restaurant.

Elevator Bar and Club was done as a renovation for a client that purchased an existing bar/club. VERSA worked closely to create a fun unique space within a limited budget and fast time frame. Voted in the top ten best clubs by Smart Shanghai.

The Roko Gallery is an exciting development in a historical Plymouth Bank. The space will function as both an event space and gallery, and will include a bar with a VIP balcony, retail area, studio space and a basement apartment. Versa is involved in all aspects of this project from concept to millwork drawings and furnishings.
