The current owner of this historic 1915 high school is Galapagos-Detroit. The future vision for Galapagos is a multi-use facility for the arts.  VERSA is helped the owners pursue a historic nomination in the National Registry by conducting thorough research and producing the documents needed. 

St. Andrews Hall Detroit

The current owner of this historic property hired VERSA to conduct thorough research about the historic significance of the hall, its current condition, and a clear list of historic codes and guidelines that would dictate the type of upgrades that could be made to the property.
