Jen helped me with a few projects in the past & I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again. She helped to design a 4 unit carport for my small apartment unit so that I would have a print out to present to the contractor. As a separate project for the same complex, Jen helped me update two of my apartments. The kitchen cupboards took on a new life just by Jen choosing colors that I would never be brave enough to pick out on my own. Deep emerald greens & blues. They brought alot of life back to the vintage kitchens along with her suggestion to put in new floors and newly painted walls. On a third project, Jen helped me when I was remodeling my own home. I can only tell you from my own experience, do not try to save money by not using her services. Had I used Jens expertise from the beginning of my home renovations, I would not be looking back at some of my mistakes at this very moment. Jen will save you alot of wasted time & energy. My wife and I hired Versa Design for gut renovation of our 2 bedroom coop apartment at Columbus Circle, Manhattan. Could not be happier with the decision. They are high caliber professionals that are also pleasure to work with and are reasonably priced. At the beginning Jen outlined the timeline and phases of the project taking us from ideation to concept design to detailed construction documentation with all material specifications and professional blueprints. They are both designers and architects. VERSA assisted us with shopping and saved us quite a bit of money by using professional discounts not available for retail customers. The design was truly custom, not picked from a library of standard templates I saw at some many other design shops. While having an impeccable artistic taste, Jen didn't try to force it on us, and truly listened to and implemented our preferences. We never had pushback when revisions were needed, coordination with vendors and contractors is top notch. Balls are never dropped, that is so rare in this industry. There is an assigned licensed architect supervising the actual construction on a weekly basis. Once the construction concluded, VERSA worked with us on furniture and art selection and saved us money on these too. We have no reservations recommending VERSA and will gladly provide a customer reference.
