VERSA worked with a husband & wife start-up to develop a budget and determine the feasibility of a Detroit tenant space before signing a long term lease for their 8000 sq feet Restaurant. The project which included Interior Design, Planning, Concept & Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration started in the summer of 2018 and opened in late summer 2020.
Our team worked closely with the client, landlord, building architect, and a full team of Kitchen Designers, Engineers, and Contractors to develop the design and coordinate all the interior design, architecture, and engineering through the construction process to bring this project from dream to reality.
