2020 RESTAURANT OPENING
Detroit, Michigan
VERSA worked with a husband & wife start-up to develop a budget and determine the feasibility of a Detroit tenant space before signing a longterm lease. The project is currently under construction and will open in Spring 2020. Our team worked closely with the client to develop the design and coordinated all the engineering to bring this project from dream to reality.
PRIVATE RESIDENCE
New York, NY
Renovation of NYC Apartment. The client purchased 1400 square foot apartment near Columbus Circle.
The apartment had not been renovated since the 1970’s.
VERSA worked closely with the client to achieve a
modern contemporary look in each room using the
space efficiently. The scope included New Kitchen,
Baths, Walk-in Closet, Living and Dining Rooms, Nursery and Master Bedroom. An open plan and built in casework maximized the space . VERSA worked carefully to ensure the budget was maintained and the quality
and final look of the space was exceptional.
Design completed under NY licensed Architect.
MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT FEASIBILITY STUDY - Detroit, Michigan
VERSA is currently working with Detroit-based developers who are evaluating various sites for mixed-use and multi-family housing. The evaluations include zoning limitations, parking requirements and cost models. Our team creates various options for development teams to analyze for revenue potential. We also create graphic presentations for our clients to use in their negotiations with city planning bureaus and stakeholders.
