The Albert Kahn-designed Standard Accident Insurance Co. building in the Cass Park historic district will be redeveloped as a 100-room boutique hotel. The $65 million project at 640 Temple St. takes advantage of federal historic tax credits. Great to see historic preservation happening in The District!
