VERSA was selected by a Detroit-based developer who needed a design proposal for their competitive bid submission. We helped create a graphic presentation, storyline and building design. The design featured easy-to-lease floor plans, sustainable features, and local art.

Master Plan, Bogota, Colombia

VERSA was selected by a Bogota-based developer who needed a design proposal for their competitive bid submission to develop the San Martin neighborhood consisting of 5 city blocks.   VERSA helped create a graphic presentation, storyline and master plan.
